Taiwan offers delays on Value Added Tax and certain Gross Business Receipts Tax (GBRT).
The new schedule for filing and paying any taxes is as follows:
- April return – now due 31 May instead of 18 May;
- May return – now due 30 June instead of 15 June; and
- June return – now due 2 Aug instead of 12 July.
Further, it is possible to delay these new dates further by application to the tax authorities. This includes agreeing a longer payment plan.
